Our exclusive combination of traditional HIIT training and functional fitness is designed to burn those stubborn calories while building the strength needed to crush your goals. HIIT, or High Intensity Interval Training, is a form of exercise where you give all-out effort during quick bursts of exercise, followed by short recovery periods. HIIT keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time. Forget spending hours on the treadmill - our workouts are far more fun and effective than that!

Nutrition is critical to your results. You can't out-train a bad diet. At Plates on Plates Fitness, we give you guidance on ways to approach food, along with your workouts, so that you're fueling your body, but not miserably restricting food groups. 

Your instructors aren't the only ones who will push you and motivate you everyday. At Plates on Plates Fitness, we are a family. We congratulate the successes and keep each other accountable. Every member is part of a team, and that helps ensure success.
