HIIT, or High Intensity Interval Training, is a form of exercise where you give all-out effort during quick bursts of exercise, followed by short recovery periods. Nutrition is critical to your results. You can't out-train a bad diet. At Plates on Plates Fitness, we give you guidance on ways to approach food, along with your workouts, so that you're fueling your body, but not miserably restricting food groups.
