Chad was very active in his youth. He took a construction job right out of high school and competed in sports. He thought he was conditioned enough to eat carelessly and avoid the gym. By 2010, he found himself 40 pounds overweight and struggling to coach his daughter's softball team. He tried a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) boot camp and was hooked! Since returning to regular workouts and healthy eating, Chad dropped the weight and feels like a new man! Chad is a Crossfit Level 1 Trainer, active in obstacle course racing, and competes in weightlifting competitions.
