  • I’m out of shape and haven’t worked out in a while. Can I still do boot camp?
    • Absolutely! Our workouts are designed for all fitness levels and all ages. Most exercises are done for time, allowing you to push yourself as hard as you can during the timed intervals. Exercises can be modified to your level of fitness, regardless if you’re taking your first class or are a Plates on Plates veteran.
  • How are the workouts split up? Do you focus on specific muscle groups each day?
    • Yes, the workouts focus on specific muscle groups ever day. Monday, Friday, and Saturday are total body. Tuesday is chest/back. Wednesday is lower body. Thursday is shoulders/biceps/triceps.
  • I want to try out a class before committing. Do you offer free classes?
    • Saturdays at 9AM are always free. To get a better of idea of what a membership entails, we highly suggest signing up for our 14-day trial for $20. Our trial will give you the chance to try us out for 2 consecutive weeks so you can decide if our program is the right fit for you.
  • How can I purchase meals?
    • Our fridges are stocked on a weekly basis with healthy, delicious, grab-and-go meals. Meals can be purchased at our location during class times. You can also call us at 512-355-7711 to arrange a time for pick-up that best fits your schedule.
  • If I’ve attended boot camp through Class Pass, can I still purchase the Groupon?
    • Trial offers like Class Pass, Groupon/Living Social, and our own 30-day/14-day trials, are limited to one per person. Unfortunately, we don’t allow multiple trials per person.
  • What’s included in your unlimited boot camp membership?
    • You can attend as often as you like, and have the option to float to different class times depending on your schedule. You’re not locked into a specific class time, although you will be asked to pick a “home class” upon registering. You will also experience one-on-one coaching in a group atmosphere! If you’re looking for health/nutrition advice during your fitness journey, your coach will give you all the tools you need to succeed.
  • Does your facility have showers or changing rooms?
    • Although our facility does not have showers, we do have two large restrooms that can be used to change and freshen up!
  • I just purchased your Groupon/Living Social deal. How do I get started?
    • Please visit https://www.platesonplatesfitness.com/living-socialgroupon/ to register your voucher and pick a class time that works best for you. You will have a full 6 weeks from your session start date and will be able to attend as often as you like. Please note that Groupons and other trial offers are limited to one per person.
  • How can I cancel my membership?
    • We require a 30-day written notice for all full-time memberships and 5-day written notice for all trial memberships. Please email your cancellation notice to info@platesonplatesfitness.com.
  • What is your refund policy?
    • We do not offer refunds on our membership packages.
  • I referred a friend to boot camp. How does referral credit work?
    • You can earn $10 back on your membership for each person you refer to our 14-day or 30-day trial offers. In order to receive the $10 credit, they must become a full-time member after the trial is over. Please email info@platesonplatesfitness.com with the name of your referral.
