Quick, 45-Minute Workouts

HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a form of exercise where you give all-out, 100% effort during quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short recovery periods. HIIT keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time. Forget spending hours on the treadmill — our workouts are far more fun and effective than that.

You’re in and out in 45 minutes, and you’ll break a serious sweat in every class. Don’t worry about coming up with a routine, either. You can rely on your coaches to craft a completely new, fun, and invigorating workout for you each day.

The Best of Both Worlds

Nutrition is critical to your results. You can’t out-train a bad diet. At Plates on Plates, we’ll give you guidance on ways to approach food along with your workouts so that you’re fueling your body, but not miserably restricting food groups. Nothing is “off limits” here. If you’ve struggled with fad diets in the past, we’ll help educate you on a healthy, maintainable approach that will lead to lasting results.
